It ends with a bad joke too

Mr Reynolds, I usually appreciate your editorials for their factual bases and carefully-considered assertions, but I found this one to be particularly cynical and bad. Talented people are better choices than individuals whose views are known to be a particular minimum distance left of center. It will be harder to work across the aisle if we are stretching from dyed-in-the-wool progressive territory anyway. But whatever your views, you don't have be so acidic in believing them.

Obama cabinet

We all are aware what wolves are and obama is showing his true 'colors' now. Jimmy Carter played the Christian card as well when coming into power and then did everything the 'old order' told him, all his cabinet were full of pimps and murderers - obama is a wolf in sheep clothing, like that lying Jimmy Carter.

are you really surprised?

Obama is just as credible as Hillary, who constantly sniped at Bush jr & senior, who incidentally is good mates with her hubby. And everybody that still thinks that everything in politics isn't decided behind closed doors well in advance simple needs to look at Gates preparing a new defence strategy before Obama was elected, hoping (knowing more like) that he'd be kept on. The only truth Obama ever spoke was probably about being happy to attack Pakistan if need be. Time to wake up!

Obama, Obama, Obama, I don’t know what happened to our Mr. Obama, seems like he has lost his sense of electing his cabinet members. Hillary Clinton is a Jew and war lover definitely she will work for Israel. Rahm Emanuel is another one who never says no to Israel. Both of them have been against Obama’s policy in the past. Plus some more of his cabinet members are not the right choice. May God help us for this change.

Change? Change? Obama, can you Spare some Change?

Well, that's exactly what I've been saying. It is rare to read something you so totally agree with. Bob Reynolds is either precisely as wrong as I am, or, much worse, we are both equally correct. It seems to me that Obama is buying himself a very high-powered motorcycle he won't be able to control. It's a dangerous motorcycle to ride, because there's something wrong with the steering. It keeps going off the road, into the ditch. The ditch on the right.

Pseudo-Change

It's a deep shame that Obama picked the slogan 'change' in which he seems to misabuse this word in his upcoming term.

Concerns grow over Obama choices...

Unfortunately I couldn't agree more with Rob Reynolds article. Even before the election Obama showed his true colours on his views of the Isreali/Palestinian problem where his position was as far to the right as Bush's failed policy. However there was no choice but to support him. The alterative would have been a sign of vindication on Bush's last 8 horrific years.

There has been an incredible and unprecedented change in the US: there is a black Bush in the White House who is going to do the same in a less arrogant way than the preceding white Bush.
