Desertation ist Ehrensache
Desertation wird von den Mächtigen natürlich nicht gerne gesehen. Ihre gesamtes Führungsmodell beruht auf dem tumben Gehorsam des Soldaten. Auch wenn sie eine Zeitlang so tun, als wollten sie den Bürger in Uniform, so sind sie in Wirklichkeit entsetzt, wenn ihnen dieser Bürger in Uniform in den Weg tritt. Leute wie Oberstleutnant Jürgen Rose zahlen einen persönlich hohen Preis dafür, dass sie sich für uns alle den Mächtigen in den Weg stellen.
Aber nicht alle Soldaten sind in der Lage, diesem Druck standzuhalten. Andere sind nicht in der Lage, so geschliffen zu formulieren, dass ihnen die Militärjustiz und die staatstragende Ziviljustiz nicht an den Kragen fahren können. Für diese Leute bleibt nur die Desertation, wenn sie sich nicht mitschuldig machen wollen. Wer desertieren will, braucht Mut und vor allem Unterstützer.
Desertation ist Ausdruck einer Gewissensentscheidung. Ein Soldat, der sich an völkerrechtswidrigen Kriegen und Massakern beteiligt, macht sich schuldig. Egal ob in Afghanistan oder im Gazastreifen. Es gibt keinen gerechten Krieg. Den gibt es nur für Politiker. Solchen wie Joschka Fischer und Gerd Schröder. Die Merkel und die Unionsbande kann man da ruhig rauslassen - die hatten nie Gewissen und Moral. Ehren wir also die Deserteure. Sie tun alles, was sie können.

Ich wünsche meinen Lesern einen schönen Sonntag. Nein, ich bin nicht mutlos. Natürlich schmerzt Gaza. Man möchte die Israelis packen und ihnen ins Gesicht schreien, dass sie dabei sind, das gleiche zu tun, was wir alle zu recht den Nazis vorwerfen. Aber sie können uns nicht hören, zu laut ist der Kriegslärm in dieser Welt. Wenn wir in Afghanistan morden, wie wollen wir ihnen das Morden in Gaza verbieten?
Wir sind nicht in der Situation, den Israelis wirklich Vorwürfe zu machen. Unsere Hetzer wie Merkel, Jung, Struck und Steinmeier treiben uns ja selbst in jeden Krieg. Solange wir uns nicht von diesen Leuten befreien, können wir kaum ernsthaft andere kritisieren.

Wer gegen sein Gewissen handelt, handelt nicht als er selbst. Man muß sich das wirklich klarmachen. Man handelt als ein anderer. Sowas nennt man auch ein Doppelleben führen und das ist auf lange Sicht erstens kein Spaß mehr und zweitens eine Verschwendung der eigenen Lebenszeit. Sag ich mal so als ex-Soldat.

In Friedenszeiten ist die Desertation nicht mit Todesstrafe bedroht. In Kriegszeiten u.U. schon. Daher sind Desertationen aus Gewissengründen heroische Taten, die das Machtgefüge des Staates selbst unterminieren und einen enormen Impakt auf andere autoritäre Struckturen haben können.
Eine vergleichbarer ziviler Ungehorsam wäre Steuerverweigerung, Generalstreik, Blockaden von Infrastruktur, Besetzung von Verwaltungsgebäuden, Radio- und Fernsehstationen usw.
Was den Aufsatz des Herrn Oberstleutnant Rose betrifft, so zeugt er von einem starken Gewissen und moralischer Integrität. Eigenschaften, die man man bei einem deutschen Offizier heutzutage eigentlich voraussetzen sollte. Die von ihm angemahnten Prinzipien entsprechen dem Auftrag der Bundeswehr und dem Grundgesetz der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Es geht ihm also um die Verteidigung des Prinzips eines "Bürgers in Uniform". Einen Aufruf zu irgendeiner Revolte gegen die "Herrschenden" sehe ich in seinem Aufsatz nicht. Denn genaugenommen sind die "Herrschenden" ja die, welche die momentan Regierenden in dieses Amt gewählt haben.
In meinen Augen geht es ihm vorrangig darum, dass die Regierenden sich innerhalb des Rahmens bewegen, den ihnen die Herrschenden eigentlich zugebiligt haben.
Im Übrigen spricht es immer noch für die Bundeswehr und dieses Land, das man als Offizier seine Meinung auch öffentlich äußern kann. Es mag vielleicht nicht sehr förderlich für die Karriere sein, aber es ist möglich.
Die noch nicht dienenden Wehrpflichtigen organisieren. Totalverweigerung.
Auch wenn es danach nicht besser wird, da die Kampfentlohnung im Gegensatz zur zunehmenden Verarmung extrem sueffisant ausfaellt.

Prof.Quigley war der Historiker seiner Zeit in den USA,Mentor von Bill Clinton und dieser wurde während seiner Rede zur Vereidigung speziell genannt und ihm gedankt.
Prof.Carroll Quigley hatte es nicht nötig auch nur eine einzige Quelle auf im Original 1311 Seiten zu nennen, da sein Wissen immer außer Frage stand.
